Before you can use your Flex Card, you must activate it and create a PIN. This is a security measure to ensure only you are able to access your funds.

No, your Flex Card must be used for in-person purchases. It won't work using a retailer's website or app.
Your card may be declined for one of these reasons: maxed-out allowance amounts; card not activated; trying to use your card for cash, at ATMs, or to make online/app purchases; card issues during in-person transactions at participating retailers.
