Every Blue Advantage (HMO) and Blue Advantage (PPO) plan includes generous Part D prescription drug coverage to help with the costs of your medications.

Members on HMO-POS and PPO plans can check multiple medications and estimate annual drug costs by using our Find & Price Prescription Drugs tool. The tool is not available for those on the Dual Plus (HMO-POS D-SNP) plan because of differences in cost share for those plans.

Blue Advantage members have options on where and how to get their medicines:

• Find a local pharmacy in our broad retail network, including those that offer preferred cost-sharing. You may pay less when you choose a preferred retail pharmacy to fill your prescription!

It is important to remember that enrolling in a Blue Advantage Medicare Advantage plan does not affect Medicare coverage for any drugs that may be covered under Medicare Part A or Part B. If you meet Medicare coverage requirements, your drugs will still be covered under Medicare Part A or Part B even though you are enrolled in a Blue Advantage plan.

Blue Advantage members will get a personal prepaid Flex Card to help cover certain healthcare expenses such as:

• Over-the-counter items

Your Blue Advantage plan comes with both preventive and comprehensive dental services covered, in-network, at no cost to you up to your plan's annual maximum.

• Preventive dental includes services such as exams, routine cleanings, bitewing X-rays and fluoride treatment
• Comprehensive dental includes basic and major dental services
  • Basic dental consists of services such as fillings, extractions, periodontal scaling, root canals and denture repairs.
  • Major dental consists of services such as crowns, new dentures, bridges and implants.

• One routine hearing exam per year covered at no cost
• Two prescription hearing aids covered at no cost up to a maximum allowance every three years for both ears combined
